A very easy 5 stars - if I could give more I would; the product itself was a beautifully put together box that was well packaged and had plenty of products that brought a good mix of typical staples of Swiss snacks while also having a few new discoveries which made the box both nostalgic and exciting as someone Swiss living abroad. The customer service has been beyond exceptional - without a doubt the best I have received in my life - attention to detail, help throughout the whole process considering it was a special request to have it sent to Canada. Having the extra support to deal with Canada's national postal service which failed a delivery was well beyond the support to be expected and yet it was looked into and made it easy to deal with that aspect of things as well. A truly premium experience from start to finish and will always keep this service in mind for future gift ideas for loved ones and friends.
