Return Policy
Due to the nature of food products and hygiene standards, we have the following return policy:
- Unopened boxes: You may return unopened snack boxes within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original, sealed condition.
- Damaged or defective items: If your box arrives damaged or any items are defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
- Opened boxes: For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened boxes unless the products were damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Wrong item received: If you received the wrong box, please contact us within 48 hours and we'll send you the correct one at no additional cost.
Refund Policy
When a return is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return or approve your claim.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged goods, etc.).
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns about your order or payment:

- We're committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly, usually within 1-2 business days.
- If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we may not be able to resolve the issue as quickly or provide a replacement.
- We keep detailed records of all orders and will work with you and payment processors to resolve disputes.
Order Cancelation
You may cancel or modify your order under the following conditions:
- Before shipment: Orders can be canceled free of charge before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
- After shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may refuse delivery or return the unopened box according to our return policy above.
- We typically ship orders within 1-2 business days, so please contact us quickly if you need to cancel.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or request a refund:

- For damaged items, please include photos showing the damage.
- We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions or a resolution.
- Once approved, ship the item back to the address we provide (if applicable).
