- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. International Orders & Export Restrictions
We ship food products internationally from Switzerland. Please be aware of the following:
- Customs & Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our prices.
- Food Import Restrictions: Some countries have restrictions on importing food products. It is your responsibility to verify that our products can be legally imported to your destination.
